A 14-day hackathon to build ideas that are breaking boundaries in how we pay, buy, and sell in emerging markets. KoraHACK 2.0 is sponsored by Kora, a pan-African payment gateway.
Participation as a hacker is open to everyone. Coding experience is required. If you don't have coding experience, connect with a team of developers to build a project.
At this stage, successful applications and project teams will receive invitations to build out their projects with Kora APIs. The hackathon encourages team participation with a team of not more than four members.
All submitted projects will be scored based on parameters set out in the "What makes a good hack project" section of the Guidelines. See guidelines here. Top 10 finalists will be selected at this stage.
The final presentation and award phase is the culmination of your hackathon journey. You will showcase your finished product to the judges and audience. The winning teams will emerge from this phase.
Winners from the KoraHACK have the opportunity to potentially build out their project into a business with support, funding and mentorship from Kora.
Follow the registration guidelines and submit your team details to embark on this exciting journey of innovation and creativity.
